Dynamic Invests in New SMT Equipment

Dynamic Manufacturing has been working with Surface Mount Technology (SMT) since 1993.  Dynamic recently installed a 5-stage convection oven and a remanufactured semi-automatic screen printer.  These machines work in conjunction with the two existing automatic pick and place surface mount machines.

The Speedline semi-automatic screen printer was sent to the manufacturer to be rebuilt with the latest technology advances and equipment.  It is essentially a brand new machine.    

The 5-stage convection oven replaces the original 3-stage oven.  The newer oven allows for higher temperature heating and better quality solder re-flow.

The entire SMT system has been moved to a larger work space at Dynamic, which increases capacity and enhances productivity.
