Dynamic Manufacturing Completes 10,000 Sq. Ft. Expansion

Freeport, PA –Dynamic Manufacturing, an electronics manufacturing service provider, has recently completed a 10,000 sq. ft. addition to their manufacturing facility.

“We are pleased to have some encouraging news for the greater Pittsburgh region. This is an exceptional time for us; despite the unsettled economy we have been able to enhance our capabilities by acquiring additional equipment and expanding the facility to keep our company competitive,” says Ezra Mihalcin, General Manager.

Dynamic Safety Record Still Going Strong

Freeport, PA (11/30/2011)- It is almost difficult to believe, but the safety record at Dynamic Manufacturing continues to plow past the previous record of 408 days. The current count is 913 days and counting. At 910, another 60-day milestone was reached and the gang will soon enjoy a pizza lunch.

Despite tight quarters due to the increased amount of customer products in the facility, the team continues to operate safely and efficiently.

It won't be long until the 3-year milestone is reached. A third consecutive steak dinner would be a much-deserved reward. Of course, with all of the rearranging to expand into the new space, the team will have to be extra cautious. Stay tuned...

New Addition Takes Shape at Dynamic Manufacturing

Freeport, PA -- Dynamic Manufacturing, an electronic manufacturing services (EMS) provider, broke ground on Friday, August 12, 2011, for an expansion project that will double the existing manufacturing space from 10,000 sq. ft. to a total of 20,000 sq. ft. The expansion project will bring the state-of-the-art facility to a total of 24,000 sq. ft., with the administrative offices added to the total.

The new addition will bring much-needed manufacturing space to allow for addition equipment and room to manufacture customer products.

Dynamic Installs New SMT Equipment

Freeport, PA -- New Surface Mount Technology (SMT) equipment has been installed at Dynamic to compliment the high-tech system. Most notably, a MYDATA Tray Exchanger, "TEX", has been added to the MYDATA 12, to vastly improve the component storage and handlingcapabilities of the machine. The TEX has a 32 JEDEC tray capacity and can house components up to 40mm high. $TEX componenet handler for MYData 12$

Using a built-in barcode recognition system and pre-loaded tray information, the TEX knows which tray is loaded, on which pallet, and where they are located in the cassettes. Replenished pallets are automatically scanned and identified, making the entire process extremely user-friendly.

In addition to the TEX, a brand new ELECTROVERT OmniMax 7-stage convection reflow oven by Speedline Technologies was also recently added to the MYDATA 12 machine. The oven features the latest technologies to ensure proper reflow even on the most difficult PCB profiles.

Dynamic Manufacturing Breaks Ground for Expansion

Freeport, PA - Dynamic Manufacturing, an electronic manufacturing services (EMS) provider, broke ground on Friday, August 12, 2011, for an expansion project that will double the existing manufacturing space from 10,000 sq. ft. to a total of 20,000 sq. ft. It was just 3 short years ago, on September 26, 2008, that Dynamic moved into the newly built facility, located in the Northpointe Industrial Park, in South Buffalo Township, just off of the Slate Lick exit of stateroute 28. The construction is slated to begin immediately and wrap up before this winter. The expansion project will bring the state-of-the-art facility to a total of 24,000 sq. ft., with the administrative offices added to the total.

Dynamic Associates Reach Record Safety Milestone

Freeport, PA -- The Associates at Dynamic Manufacturing reached a significant milestone for their long-standing safety record. The team was able to reach 730 days or 2 full years of safe working conditions without a workplace injury at the close of business on June 2, 2011. The previous safety record for Dynamic was 408 days without a workplace injury, which was achieved immediately before the current record. With a growing team population, the addition of new equipment and increased business levels over the past 2 years, this latest milestone is truly a noteworthy accomplishment.

Despite doubling the staff population over the past year, both new and experienced associates have been able to work safely. The reward for this achievement of 365 days without a work-related medical claim was a steak dinner with all of the fixings held on Friday, June 24, 2011, and was served during the lunch break. The associates have also enjoyed a pizza lunch for every 60-day milestone reached.

Dynamic Manufacturing is ITAR registered

Freeport, PA - Dynamic Manufacturing is now ITAR registered. ITAR or International Traffic in Arms Regulations is a set of United States government regulations that control the export and import of defense-related articles and services on the United States Munitions List (USML). These regulations implement the provisions of the Arms Export Control Act (AECA). The Department of State interprets and enforces ITAR.

Being ITAR registered is a commitment by the Matric Group companies from the top management and down to: educate the associates, implement the proper procedures to handle ITAR related products and intellectual property.

Dynamic Manufacturing superstar Robyn Hempfling has finally made her debut to national stardom. America's power has added Robyn to the "Real People" section of their website.

Matt Parrish FREEPORT, PA, -- Dynamic Manufacturing announces the addition of Matthew D. Parrish as business development engineer.

Lights... camera... action... Something many people dream of hearing as they take center stage on a video production for television or the silver screen. Even with today's numerous "r Robyn2010 eality-based" television shows, it is still a difficult business to break into, especially living in the rolling hills of western Pennsylvania. Enter Robyn (Thomas) Hempfling, the somewhat shy and reserved, blond haired, blue-eyed, Production Supervisor at Dynamic Manufacturing in Freeport, PA. She was selected as a finalist in mid-May to tell her own personal story in a documentary-type commercial being produced for the American Coalition for Clean Coal Electricity. A variety of commercials with the "Clean Coal Powered Electricity" have been airing on TV during the early months of 2010.

Dynamic Engineering Manager Assists Electronics Program at Lenape Tech School

Tim Ewing, Engineering Manager, at Dynamic Manufacturing recently assisted the students at the Lenape Technical School to engineer and build a remote controlled robot that was designed to compete in a "Battle Bots" competition held Friday, April 16th. Although the students' robot did not win the competition, it put up a good fight!

New SMT Machines at Dynamic Manufacturing

The New Building for Dynamic Manufacturing Takes Shape

Slate Lick, PA - Dynamic Manufacturing is pleased to announce the relocation of operations to a brand new location at the Northpointe Business Park, an industrial park located at Slate Lick just off the Route 28 Allegheny Valley Expressway.

Construction is underway at site #14 in the park, adjacent to Hydro-Lazer. The 3.79 acre lot will allow for ample parking and room for future expansion.
