New SMT Machines at Dynamic Manufacturing

Freeport, PA - Dynamic Manufacturing recently relocated to a newly constructed facility at 156 Armstrong Drive in Freeport. One of the main purposes the new facility was to make room for new equipment. Prior to moving in, Dynamic invested in 2 MyData automatic pick and place surface mount technology (SMT) machines.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The newest SMT machines join a fleet of various equipment including 2 Quad pick and place machines, an automatic screen printer and a 5-stage convection oven.

The new MY9 machine has a 96 postion feeder capacity and the new MY12 accomodates up to 144 feeder positions. Both machines can be programmed to work at an optimal speed of 21,000 components per hour and are extremely flexible. Set-up and changeover times are the fastest in the industry and the systems can be easily reconfigured if production requirements change. Solutions are always optimized for keeping output at the highest level, even when the jobs are complex or the batch sizes vary.
