The New Building for Dynamic Manufacturing Takes Shape

Slate Lick, PA - Dynamic Manufacturing is pleased to announce the relocation of operations to a brand new location at the Northpointe Business Park, an industrial park located at Slate Lick just off the Route 28 Allegheny Valley Expressway. 

Construction is underway at site #14 in the park, adjacent to Hydro-Lazer.  The 3.79 acre lot will allow for ample parking and room for future expansion.  A 14,000 square ft. building is planned and will feature 10,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space and 4,000 sq. ft. of office space.  Click here to view a PDF of the park layout.

“We did an exhaustive search of the entire Pittsburgh area to find the best location to suit a lot of parameters,” says Rick Turner, Owner and President, “We felt that it was important to stay fairly close to the current location in Harmar, so that our employee base would not have to change their commute too dramatically.  Our associates are what make Dynamic the success that it is today.”  Turner adds, “We also wanted to keep close to our established client base in the greater Pittsburgh region.  We felt the Northpointe location offers the best opportunity for future growth and sustainability for Dynamic.”

The Northpointe business park currently has tenants that include:  Indiana University (Armstrong Campus), The Electro-Optics Center, Hydro-Lazer, Boeing, DRS Technologies, Rapt Industries and more.  The site also is designated a Keystone Opportunity Zone which offers local and state incentives to landowners.

Dynamic is part of the Matric Group companies, headquartered in Seneca, PA, Venango County.
